Infant Classroom Supplies for Formula-Fed Babies
Upon request, please replenish diapers, wipes, ointment and formula. Notifications for replenishment of supplies will be sent out when your child’s stock is depleted. Please label all items.

| 2 packages of wipes (monthly) |

| 1 container of diaper ointment |
| 1 bottle of lotion |
| 1 large bottle of baby wash (daily baths) or 1 small bottle of baby wash (baths as needed) |
| 2-3 changes of clothing (please label) |
| 3 adult-size wash cloths |
| 1 bottle of sunscreen (April-October) or a sun hat |
| Cereal and baby food (as needed) |

Upon request, please replenish diapers, wipes, ointment and breast milk. Notifications for replenishment of supplies will be sent out when your child’s stock is halfway through. Please label all items.
| Day 1: Provide a 2-day supply of frozen milk to be stored at Zadie’s |
| Daily Supply: 1 bottle of unfrozen milk (to be used for the first feeding) 5 pre-made bottles or a container of fresh/frozen milk |
